When you submit a case, we may collect:

- The selected search package.
- Old usernames, platforms, years, servers, and clues.
- Story details you choose to write in the case form.
- Profile links or public links you provide.
- Uploaded screenshots or images related to the case.
- Technical information needed to operate the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Review your case.
- Search public-source clues.
- Contact you about your case.
- Request payment or provide updates.
- Prevent abuse, unsafe cases, and policy violations.
- Improve the service and troubleshoot technical issues.
We do not sell your case information, screenshots, or contact details.
Screenshots and uploaded files
Uploaded screenshots are used only to understand and process the case. They may contain usernames, chat messages, profile details, or other context you choose to provide.
Do not upload sensitive private information unless it is necessary for the case and you have a legitimate reason to share it.
Storage and service providers
Reunite.gg may use third-party providers for hosting, database, storage, email notifications, analytics, and payment processing. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.
Current technical providers may include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and payment providers added later.
Retention
We keep case information for as long as needed to review, process, support, and document the case, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.
You may request deletion of your submitted case data by contacting us, subject to reasonable legal and operational limits.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights such as requesting access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted case information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and minors
Reunite.gg is not intended for submitting cases to locate, identify, or contact minors. We may reject or delete cases that appear to involve minors or unsafe contact.
